It does not require underlay in most uses. The following shipping methods are available, Free UPS Ground (1–5 business days) Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Applies to packages 1 to 150 lbs
• Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. Some exception apply. Please call us for a quote 352 445 2821 for a quote to ship outside USA.
Free Standard Ground: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states. Your package should arrive in 2 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. No free shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 10 – 20 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $50-400 USD delivery fee. Please contact us for a quote. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
• Large packages over 150 Lbs . All packages larger than 150 lbs will be send free via freight to any commercial address with loader AS DETERMINED BY CARRIERS.
• Residential, rural, remote, luxury or lift-gate customers need to pickup at local freight terminal or pay $450 additional for those accommodations by carriers.. Please call us if you have any questions.

RETURNS
• To return an item to us, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
• All returns require an RMA# in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s).
• To obtain an RMA#, please call our Customer Service Department at 352 445 2821, Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Any returns without a valid return authorization number may be refused.
• Please write the return authorization number below our return address on the outside of the box.
• We only cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error.
• Items returned for other reasons will not be provided with a pre-paid freight return label for reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product” so shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns of this nature.
• All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box.
• Refund will be given on merchandise returned in the same manner as originally charged within 30 days of receipt.
• We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
